Art therapy is a recognized method of improving the mental state. Especially for those who have a traumatic experience and unprocessed emotions.
As Yoko Ono said, any piece of art brings harmony to the world. Here at "Pislya Sluzhby" (After Service) we also create art. Over the weekend, a master class on drawing pictures with angels, led by the artist Iryna Lyubimova, was held at the fund's office.
During the workshop, our participants created fantastic bouquets! Just look at the photos, we are amazed at how incredible they look!

During the master class, Galina familiarized the participants with art materials, provided guidance on working with oil paints, and demonstrated various brushstroke techniques.
The DovganArt pottery workshop created an unmatched atmosphere of comfort and harmony, where participants could detach themselves from everyday worries and feel like at home. The process of working with clay helps to abstract and reflect on one's own, so on this day many people plunged into their thoughts, and the participants enthusiastically observed the beautiful nature around them.
Anastasiia Butler - artist from Crimea, who had to leave her home due to the invaders’ occupation and start everything over again in the new place. Her fate brought her to Dubai. But she returns back to Ukraine from time to time.
The main objective of the event was to teach children drawing skills and nurture their creative abilities. It also aimed to provide emotional distraction, allowing the children to momentarily escape from their problems and difficulties by expressing their feelings through art. Lyudmila Romanenko conducted engaging master classes, introducing various drawing techniques and encouraging the children to unleash their imaginations on canvas. The outcome was a collection of remarkable and original artworks that impressed everyone with their beauty.
May 6th marked another art workshop held by "Pislya Sluzhby," which focused on making a rain flute.
