Education and employment

We are committed to the successful career reintegration of veterans and servicemen and women after service. Our focus is primarily on support and advice in the areas of retraining, education and employment. We achieve this through individual selection of the best commercial and state educational programmes for learning a new profession or improving existing skills. In addition, we offer free educational and training resources to facilitate veterans' smooth transition to civilian life. We actively cooperate with businesses to employ veterans.

We also provide training for Ukrainian employers and caregivers to improve strategies to reduce veteran turnover, increase veteran recruitment and navigation of civilian employment structures, and improve veterans' self-identification in civilian roles.
