Training session on operating a hotline and communications

Yesterday, on April 9th, 2024, a training session on operating a hotline and communications was held at the office of the «Pislya Sluzhby» (After Service) Veterans Fund. The training was conducted by psychologist Natalia Umerenkova from the "Women's Power of Ukraine" Civic Movement.

We learned how to communicate with military personnel, veterans, and the families of the deceased and missing. Natalia also explained how to handle inquiries and communicate to the operators of the hotline of the patronage service of the 5th Separate Assault Kyiv Brigade and our case managers.
