The strategic session with an expert in organizational development, trainer and analyst Grygory Kravtsov

What does every organization strive for? To be number one in its field, to have a clear mission, a cohesive team, effective operations, public recognition, and stable funding. Our foundation is no exception — we strive every day to become better so we can provide even better support to military personnel and veterans.

On May 28th our team began a strategic session with an expert in organizational development, trainer and analyst Grygory Kravtsov.

The first day of our session was dedicated to discussing our purpose, mission and previous experiences of our Fund. Each team member shared their visions and expectations, which formed the basis for our future work plan.

We are highly motivated and proactive and we sincerely believe that this session will help us address existing and potential problems because we understand who our foundation exists for and who we are working for.
