Signing of a memorandum of cooperation in career coaching with Grechka Consulting

The charity foundation "Pislya Sluzhby" has initiated a collaboration with the agency "Grechka Consulting" to provide career guidance and development services for veterans.

We are delighted to announce that our list of strategic partners continues to grow with the addition of experienced and modern specialists. On May 17, the "Pislya Sluzhby" Foundation and Yulia Grechka, the founder of "Grechka Consulting," signed a memorandum of cooperation. Our organizations are joining forces to offer professional support to veterans and those transitioning from military service, assisting them in their career orientation and successful transition to a new phase of life.

This partnership will enhance the capabilities of the "Pislya Sluzhby" fund, allowing for a comprehensive approach to supporting veterans in determining their career paths.

The key areas of cooperation will include:

• Professional orientation: Developing and implementing career guidance programs for veterans, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and potential in civilian life.
• Career development: Providing individual consultations and support in planning veterans' career paths. This includes creating personalized career development plans, offering training for new skills and retraining, as well as providing assistance with job searches and interview preparation.
• Support and assistance: Offering practical support at every stage of professional development, including resume and cover letter preparation, interview training, communication skills development, and building professional networks.
• Labor market intelligence: Conducting research on the job market to provide veterans with up-to-date information about available vacancies, promising industries, and required skills. This will enable veterans to make well-informed decisions about their career paths.
• Adaptation support: Providing support to veterans as they transition to civilian life, including psychological assistance, training for skill development, and more.
