This young and delicate girl was seeking funds for her husband's prosthetic treatment abroad. She was overwhelmed and couldn't find the best prosthetic options for her husband independently, so she sought alternative perspectives and turned to "Pislya Sluzhby" for help.
They discussed the situation with our Case Manager Anna and resolved the issue locally without traveling abroad. However, as it turned out during the conversation, the misunderstanding arose due to a lack of information about the prosthetic process.
We reached out to our partner, who recommended a prosthetist in Kyiv who could personally visit our Hero in the hospital and talk to him and his wife. The doctor debunked myths about prosthetics in their specific case, addressing their questions and dispelling fears.
A corrective surgery was performed the following day, and now the serviceman is undergoing a healing period for further prosthetic fitting. The "Pislya Sluzhby" team receives requests for assistance from our defenders daily. The needs vary. Thanks to an individual approach to each problem, our team seeks and finds ways to address them all.
