Training on communication algorithms for TCR employees

Communication is a key element of our life, especially in cases when stress becomes a constant companion of everyday life, and most current topics need to be handled delicately. Last week the "Pislya Sluzhby” (After Service) Foundation held a series of trainings for TCR (Territorial Centres of Recruitment) employees on communication algorithms, social and psychological support for veterans and their family members, as well as for families of missing and fallen defenders.

Over the course of five days, our psychologist partners gave lectures on topics such as "Peculiarities of working with people released from captivity", "Stress resistance and self-regulation", "Support for military personnel and families", "YALOM protocol" etc.

This is the eighth training of the "Pislya Sluzhby” (After Service) Foundation in 2024 and the sixth training with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation. We helped to create veterans social support services, taught proper communication to TCR employees, and we have new trainings and a new constructive contribution to the country's development ahead.
