Oleksandr's accounts were unblocked due to the legal assistance of After Service

Oleksandr served as a border guard since the ATO. He was in Mariupol when the full-scale invasion began and was taken as a prisoner at the Azovstal. The dark times did not end after his return from captivity. At home, the veteran faced hopelessness and loneliness.

Before the full-scale war, Oleksandr had taken out several loans, but due to his captivity, he was unable to continue making payments. During this time, credit institutions seized his accounts through the executive service. This and family problems led to a difficult psychological condition.

He turned to us for legal assistance in unblocking his accounts. We hired lawyers who filed three lawsuits against the illegal seizure of the accounts, which we subsequently won. The court ruled that Oleksandr's accounts should be unblocked.
