Combat experience

Oleksandr Serhiyovich Pasko is a 42-year-old military, distinguished himself by his service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO), he served in the military unit 0224, 79th Separate Tavrian Air Assault Brigade, where he performed combat missions with a high level of professionalism and courage. During the full-scale invasion, he was part of the military unit 3283, 17th Tank Brigade, where he participated in battles in the Kherson and Donetsk directions. Throughout the service he was granted the status of a combatant.

History of the injury

In 2023, Oleksandr was forced to leave military service for family reasons: his mother needed care as she was disabled. After leaving the army, he developed serious health problems. Oleksandr needed to have a prosthetic aortic valve implanted in his heart, which is critical for his future life.
