The “After Service” Foundation and the communication mentoring group “Dialogue”, together with psychologists and coaches with extensive therapeutic and research experience in the field of mental health, will hold a focus group meeting on the topic: “Defining aspects of veterans’ psychological reintegration within the system: family and friends, professional community.”
Objectives of the focus group study: To understand veterans’ perspectives and expectations, as well as to gather recommendations to further support organizations in integrating military veterans into work teams and processes.
Our conversation will take 1–1.5 hours and will be audio-recorded. All information will be processed and used only in a generalized form, in compliance with confidentiality rules.
