We invite veterans, service members, family members of military and veterans, psychologists, volunteers, and everyone interested to join the psychological training "Circle of Sincerity" with Olena Katerynych. What is the "Circle of Sincerity"? It is a safe space where we can simply be ourselves among our own.

Where: offline, Kyiv (exact location will be shared after registration)
What we will do:
- Talk with the attending psychologist about stress and how to deal with it, and practice a resource-recovery technique.
- Engage in open conversation about what surprises, worries, annoys, or brings joy in life.
- Play card games together.
The psychologist will not lead the group but will ensure a comfortable atmosphere of acceptance and understanding.
