Led by artist and volunteer Lyudmyla Romanenko. Stress-relief (meditative) drawing is a powerful tool for reducing and managing stress, helping to cope with anxiety and aggression, and fostering positive emotions through creating small ornaments (drawings) composed of lines and dots with a simple pencil on paper.
Goal:
- to teach how to distance oneself from the flow of anxious thoughts (not reacting reactively to their content);
- to practice focusing attention regardless of external stimuli by drawing small ornaments, thus tuning thoughts for 5–10 minutes, which improves cognitive functions.
Address: Kyiv, 25/49a Pochaynynska St. (entrance through the courtyard)
